WICKENBURG, AZ - This Week at the Webb
WICKENBURG, AZ – Camp Imagination is over, but there is no resting at the Webb Center. Tickets for the 2009 – 2010 season went on sale to members last week and to properly service the large volume of the Webb Center patrons requesting tickets, additional staff was needed in the Box Office.
Stephanie Fornoff the Box Office Manager called upon current and former Webb Center Interns for assistance. All graduates of Wickenburg High School; Shannon Finley (Class of 2004), Kade Nilson (Class of 2006) and Lindsey McCarthy (Class of 2007) each took a crash course on the artists in the new series and hit the ground running.
Kade Nilson is the current Webb Center intern and will be attending the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Science at the end of July. Lindsey McCarthy is attending the University of Oregon and came back to Wickenburg to visit family for a few weeks and help out in the Box Office before she heads off to Mexico for her summer study program. Shannon Finley who graduated from the University of Arizona in 2008 and is now living in San Francisco, was in town for social reasons and was able to arrange her schedule to stay a few extra days to offer her assistance.
“It was a joy to have them all together for a few days to help out,” claimed Fornoff, “the office was full of positive energy and ticket buyers!”
The Webb Center Box Office Intern Program is available to graduates of Wickenburg High School with plans to further their education in institutes of high education.
